Indigenous evaluation uses methodologies grounded in Indigenous knowledge, values, and cultural practices. Many Indigenous methodologies employ a ‘Two-Eyed Seeing’ approach, as discussed by Elder Albert Marshall, that applies both Western and Indigenous knowledge.
