Evaluation purpose

Evaluation purpose describes why the evaluation is being done. The purpose will inform the timelines, questions, methods, and help define who the interested and influential parties are. There may be more than one evaluation purpose. Common purposes of evaluation could include accountability, learning, improvement, and evidence-based decision-making, among many others.
