Impact evaluation
Impact evaluation (a.k.a. impact analysis, impact assessment) is a type of outcome evaluation that focuses on the impacts produced by a program. Impacts can be positive, negative, or neutral; primary or secondary; direct or indirect; and intended or unintended.
