Mid-term evaluation

A performance evaluation compares actual performance with what was planned in terms of both resource use and program outcomes. It is used by management to redirect program efforts and resources and to redesign the program structure. Performance evaluations allow organizations to improve the program, confirm adherence to legal requirements, and refine evaluation methods while a program is running.
