Virtual interviewing

V

Virtual interviewing is the act of conducting interviews or focus groups remotely over the internet instead of in-person. This can be done using a video conferencing platform such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. Virtual interviewing enables the interviewer to see facial expressions and establish rapport in a different way from telephone interviews. Concerns for privacy and confidentiality can be more significant than telephone interviews.
