Steps for using this .qrf file as a Qualtrics Report template:

  1. Download this resource as a .qrf file

  2. Open the survey you would like to use for your report in Qualtrics

  3. Select the ‘Reports’ tab and choose ‘Create New Report’

  4. Choose ‘Import from QRF’ and upload the .qrf template file

  5. Select the survey you would like to use from the ‘New Source’ drop-down list

  6. Replace text boxes, logos, charts, and tables with relevant text or fields from your survey
