2. Evaluation Planning: Understand the purpose, scope, and components of an evaluation plan.

3. Program Logic: Build and refine logic models and theories of change.

4. Evaluation Questions and Indicators: Write focused evaluation questions and develop associated indicators.

5. Identify and select appropriate evaluation approaches to suit your program context and needs.

Learn to build and defend an ethical, equity-centered evaluation approach.

This pathway is comprised of four stages:

1. Relationships and Engagement: Learn to build relationships and engage communities respectfully before, during, and after an evaluation.

2. Ethical Foundations: Understand and apply ethical principles when planning and conducting evalutations.

3. Trauma-Informed Practice: Describe and apply trauma-informed principles throughout the evaluation lifecycle, beyond the data collection phase.

4. Inclusive Interpretation and Trust: Embed equity, diversity, and inclusion into evaluation design.
