Empowerment evaluation
Empowerment evaluation is an approach which fosters self-improvement and determination by increasing the capacity of program stakeholders to plan, implement, and evaluate their own programs. It focuses on fostering collaboration, building evaluative thinking skills, and empowering participants to take an active role in the evaluation process. Empowerment evaluation is rooted in the principles of participation, inclusion, and empowerment.
