Stakeholder analysis
A stakeholder analysis is a technique used to understand the involvement and influence of stakeholders relevant to a project and determine the best ways to engage and interact with them. A stakeholder matrix can be used to conduct a stakeholder analysis.
At Eval Academy, we intentionally use the term “interest holders” instead of “stakeholders.” See stakeholder for further information.
