Stakeholder matrix

S

An interest holder matrix or stakeholder matrix facilitates consideration of various project partners, their information needs, and their roles in the evaluation. Clarifying and documenting this information can be useful to inform decisions on how to engage and manage stakeholders throughout the project's lifecycle.

At Eval Academy, we intentionally use the term “interest holders” instead of “stakeholders.” See stakeholder for further information.
